Our Managing Director, Sam, brings a wealth of refrigeration and air-conditioning experience from over 10 years in the cooling and refrigerant industry. Natasha manages the team with all the behind-the-scenes work including our marketing, branding, administration and account management. Natasha brings extensive knowledge in the field regarding all products and has over 10 years’ experience in a customer service and product role.

Bringing over 15 years’ experience in the cooling and refrigerant industry, Sam brings in a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial airconditioning units, commercial refrigeration, marine, cooling systems, beer systems and ventilation. Sam undertakes every task with professionalism and a drive to be at the top of his game. Continuously trains and mentors the team to ensure they are reaching their full potential and delivering the best results to our clients.

Having built up over 10 years' experience in products and customer relations, Natasha has been the driving force behind Industry Air's behind-the-scenes operations. Currently on maternity leave, Natasha continues to be a valued part of the team. She loves turning challenges into solutions and questions into answers, helping create a seamless experience for clients from booking through to aftercare service.

Starting his refrigeration apprenticeship in 1999, Drew has built a wealth of experience across domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration. Originally from Gladstone, he found his passion in marine refrigeration, working on projects throughout Australia and internationally, including Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea. Drew enjoys the variety the industry offers, thriving on new challenges, system design, and building strong relationships with customers.

After spending 10 years in the real estate industry, Ren was ready for a new challenge and joined the team at Industry Air. Her passion for customer service and building relationships made the transition a natural fit. Ren thrives in the fast-paced environment, enjoys learning something new every day, and takes pride in creating a seamless experience for customers while supporting the team behind the scenes.

Andy began his refrigeration and air conditioning career in 2007, after already spending several years working within the industry. As one of the newer additions to the team, he brings years of hands-on experience, a practical approach, and the confidence to tackle a wide range of work. He enjoys the customer-facing side of the trade and takes pride in delivering results that leave customers happy. Known for his reliable and hardworking nature, Andy approaches every job with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Having been with Industry Air for over 7.5 years and with Industry for coming on 3 years, Brendon brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to the team. His favourite part of the job is fault finding and solving problems—there's nothing more rewarding than diagnosing an issue, carrying out the repair, and seeing the system back up and running as it should.

Starting his career in the UK and qualifying in 2017, Dom has built experience across a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. After relocating to Cairns in 2024 and completing his Australian qualification in 2025, he joined the Industry Air team. Dom takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another both on and off the job.

With over 8 years of experience, Chao has a knack for keeping things cool. Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and optimising a wide range of refrigeration systems, he takes pride in his problem-solving abilities and expertise in fault finding. Chao loves coming to work each day and is always seen with a smile on his face. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, he approaches every job with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving the best outcome.

Born and raised in Cairns, Taj started his refrigeration and air conditioning apprenticeship in 2023 and has been a valued member of the team for over a year. His dedication to the trade has seen him nominated twice for Apprentice of the Year. Taj enjoys the variety of the industry and has a particular interest in Marine. Always keen to learn, he embraces new challenges and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
